I just googled Florentine soup and it does NOT look the way it did at our canteen. It still tasted good though, and that is coming from someone who usually dislikes soups that haven't been mixed. It was very rich and savory and the vegetables complemented eachother very nicely. Still, the tomato was missing so the vegetable soup "florentine" is getting a 6/10.
